Magnesium For Headaches Can Magnesium Be Used As A Dietary Supplement?

Can Magnesium be used as a dietary supplement? - magnesium for headaches

My PCP told me to take 250 mg of magnesium for my headaches. So today, when I buy what I saw, "Dietary Supplement. I say this because I do not want to lose weight. I'm too thin. So, this pill will make me lose weight? Thanks for your help .

Food does not mean that a diet pill! It is used to supplement the diet ...

Supplement (provision) minerals in our case, not in sufficient quantities to feed a person consumes.

go to a health food store and talk to a nutritionist or expert in charge or go to your local Whole Foods Market and directly to the Department through the body.
